If you have any questions about LEVEL5 ID, please check the following FAQs first.

WARNING: Regarding Email Addresses used for registering.

Please use a valid email address when registering an account. Registering an account does not result in the issuing of a new email address. You will register an existing valid email address, and this address will be used to login.

You will receive messages from us when registering or changing email addresses, so please make sure that you can receive messages from the following domain: @level5-id.com

If the following applies to your email address, you will not be able to use it to register a LEVEL5 ID account.

  • E-mails that begin with a "."
  • E-mails that use an "@" in the name.
  • E-mails that utilize multiple "." before the "@"
  • E-mails that utilize symbols or spaces such as the following: "( ) < > , ; : [ ]"

If the above applies to your email address, please use a different email address.

You will not be able to complete your registration if you input an incorrect email address, so please be careful to input it correctly.

About LEVEL5 IDs

What can I do after registering a LEVEL5 ID?

When you link your LEVEL5 ID account with supported titles, you will be able to share your LEVEL5 ID Points (or Status), which are granted based on in-game purchases.

Certain titles will allow you to upload and download saved data via your LEVEL5 ID. When changing devices, please remember to upload saved data from your old device and download it into your new device to keep your Status and information.

You will earn rewards in each title based on your Status. If you link your account with the supported games, your rank will increase across all titles that you link your account with.

About LEVEL5 ID Status

What is LEVEL5 ID Status?

This is your rank, based on LEVEL5 ID Points awarded from the purchase of in-game items in supported titles.

When you link your LEVEL5 ID account with supported titles, you will be able to share your points based on in-game purchases. (Each in-game item has a point value.)
You can earn different rewards per title based on your points.

What Status rewards can I earn from individual titles?

I purchased an item in a supported title, but I did not receive a reward.

Please check your current LEVEL5 ID Points. (You can check this by logging into the LEVEL5 ID website.)
Status rewards are distributed as your rank changes. If you do not receive a reward after ranking up, then there is no reward for that rank.

About LEVEL5 ID Points

What are LEVEL5 ID Points?

They are points determined by purchased items in supported titles. For paid apps, LEVEL5 ID Points are determined by the cost of the app.

After linking supported titles to your account, you can check the points you have been awarded by logging into the LEVEL5 ID website.

What do I need to register a LEVEL5 ID account?

You can register for free with a valid email address.

How do I register a LEVEL5 ID account?

Select "Create Account" from the top of the LEVEL5 ID site. You should be able to access this from in-game as well.

*Registering an account does not link it with LEVEL5 ID supported titles. In order to link, please go to the settings in-game to perform the link.

I've tried to input my email address, but I'm getting an error message.

Please check that your email address does not contain any unusable characters. You cannot use the following types of email addresses.

  • E-mails that begin with a "."
  • E-mails that use an "@" in the name.
  • E-mails that utilize multiple "." before the "@"
  • E-mails that utilize symbols or spaces such as the following: "( ) < > , ; : [ ]"

Please tell me how to remove my account from the system.

You can also begin the process by first logging in from your smartphone device or browser and selecting Account Information Confirm/Change.

Note: You cannot restore your account once it has been canceled. Please proceed after carefully reading over the important notes.

Can I share my LEVEL5 ID account information with other people?

You are prohibited from sharing your LEVEL5 ID account information.

I've forgotten my password.

You can reset your password if you have forgotten it.
Please select "Forgot Your Password" from the login screen and enter your email address.

An automated message will be sent to your email address to allow you to reset your password.

You can login to the LEVEL5 ID website from your smart device or browser in order to check your account settings or make changes.

I want to change my LEVEL5 ID account password.

I want to block notifications from LEVEL-5 coming to my email.

You can login to the LEVEL5 ID website from your smart device or browser in order to check your account settings or make changes.

*Emails regarding registration and setting changes will be sent to you, even if you choose not to receive notifications. Please understand that necessary information regarding account operation, etc., will be sent via email, regardless of your settings.

About Linking

Please tell me about linking my LEVEL5 ID to supported titles.

Link Settings can be completed within the game.

About Automatic Reply Email

I'm not receiving automatic emails when registering for an account, etc.

Messages regarding registration, changing email addresses, changing passwords, changing settings will come from the following domain: @level5-id.com Please make sure you can receive emails from this domain.

If you are not receiving our emails even though you have not blocked our domain, please check your junk mailbox to make sure our emails are not there.
